Payment Verification
Payments are verified manually before a seat is confirmed. If a payment cannot be verified, or if a duplicate payment is received, we will contact you and return the amount concerned.
Paid Programs
Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be stated clearly at the time of enrollment for each Skilled Sisters program. Any refund terms confirmed to you in writing during enrollment apply to that enrollment.
Program fees, payment plans and any conditions attached to them are shared before you confirm your seat, so you can decide with full information.
Before You Enroll
If anything about a program, its schedule or its payment terms is unclear, ask us before enrolling. We would rather answer questions early than have anyone join with the wrong expectations.
